- to
identify current and future individual and collective/group training
needs, eg. Rangers, Countryside Managers, etc;
- to
identify present gaps in the South-East and Eastern region's training
provision and liaise with training providers and address them;
- to
broaden the range of training approaches used in countryside training
in order to improve access to training opportunities;
- to
advise upon and encourage the preparation of organisational training
strategies, including the effective use of evaluation systems;
- to
produce reports annually to reflect on the work undertaken, assess its
implications and evaluate both specific outputs and the general effects
on training in the South-East and Eastern region.
